★ ★ ★ ★ ★ First of all, main entrance there are people who only speak Italian. inside there is a person to renew passport or new passport for a person who loses more than half an hour. people who work don't have it under control so he talks with phone and catte eating and we wait. for small little errors they send away they say to come another day error type photo copy documents money in cash because they do not have the pos machine. inside it seems they never clean inside bathroom don't put toilet paper is not clean. there are no reception desk for help or information
