Ridiculous an embassy in here you can not make the identity card. But they send you to the consulate !! A shame!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ridicolissimo, la risponderia automatica ti dice di premere il 9 per parlare con un operatore ma, puntualmente, come si schiaccia il 9, la linea viene chiusa. Ma ti prendono in giro?
Very ridiculous, the automatic answering machine tells you to press 9 to speak with an operator but, punctually, as you press 9, the line is closed. But do they make fun of you?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ è veramente ridicolo il fatto che io non possa fare la mia carta a Roma al consolato! è incredibile il fatto che io debba fare il giro d'italia per dei miseri documenti che potrebbero essere realizzati subito, direttamente giù al consolato. RIDICOLO!
it's really ridiculous that I can't do my card in Rome at the consulate! It is incredible that I have to go around Italy for miserable documents that could be made immediately, directly down to the consulate. RIDICULOUS!
