This assessment concerns the ladies and gentlemen of the consular department, who issued us the urgently needed emergency passport in less than twenty minutes and were also super friendly.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sehr gutes Service für Österreicher in Italien! Bei schriftl. Fragen sofort Rückruf der Botschaft! Bei Naturkatastrophen (zb. Erdbeben) Sicherheitsanruf der Botschaft! Wenig bis keine Bürokratie (wenn nicht aus Österreich vorgeschrieben)! Auch bei persönlicher Vorsprache nimmt selbst der Botschafter/Konsul sich viel Zeit das Event. Problem zufriedenstellend in einem pers. Gespräch möglichst zu lösen!
Very good service for Austrians in Italy! If you have any written questions, call the embassy immediately! In the event of natural disasters (e.g. earthquakes), call the embassy on a safety call! Little to no bureaucracy (if not required from Austria)! Even when speaking in person, the ambassador / consul takes a lot of time to attend the event. To solve the problem satisfactorily in a personal conversation if possible!
