 I called you three months ago to do the paperwork. They don't answer at all yet, but if they answer you, they are extremely rude. There is a consulate if you can't solve the problem.

A luglio ho contattato dopo vari tentativi un recapito telefonico raggiungibile soltanto dalle 15 alle 17 e perennemente occupato. Piรน di una volta mi รจ stato chiuso il telefono in faccia e dopo essere riuscito a parlare con loro per la richiesta di un nulla osta per matrimonio con la mia compagna georgiana, ho ricevuto soltanto informazioni incomplete ed errate.
Infatti per ottenere il tanto agognato documento, abbiamo dovuto mandare per ben tre volte quanto richiesto dal poco competente operatore di turno.
Soltanto l'ultimo contatto a settembre ci ha consentito di completare correttamente la pratica di richiesta.
Purtroppo dopo l'email di conferma, che ci ha avvertito della disponibilitร del documento, ci รจ stato impossibile ritirare lo stesso a mezzo corriere TNT.
Dopo tre tentativi falliti, il vettore ci ha comunicato dell'impossibilitร di ritirare i documenti, a causa della negligenza del personale dell'ambasciata.
Contatterรฒ stasera direttamente l'ambasciatore e informerรฒ per conoscenza il competente ministero.
An embassy is supposed to provide assistance and help to the citizens of their nation, but they do something else here.
In July I contacted after several attempts a telephone number reachable only from 15 to 17 and perpetually busy. More than once the phone has been closed in my face and after I was able to speak with them about the request for a clearance for marriage with my Georgian partner, I received only incomplete and incorrect information.
In fact, to obtain the much sought-after document, we had to send what was requested by the little competent operator on duty three times.
Only the last contact in September allowed us to complete the application process correctly.
Unfortunately after the confirmation email, which warned us of the availability of the document, it was impossible for us to collect it by TNT courier.
After three unsuccessful attempts, the carrier informed us that it was impossible to collect the documents due to the negligence of the embassy staff.
I will contact the ambassador directly tonight and inform the competent ministry for information.

A very polite young girl working, I met twice and once I talked on the phone. Once I wrote a statement and the second time I took out a certificate from the Embassy of Georgia. Explains everything well and seems to be well prepared. He has a lot of patience and cries out to him while I was waiting for the news one woman was shouting at the last sound. People find out they answer the phone ? from 3pm to 5pm, and receiving hours are from ? 10am to 2pm.
