bad, incompetent, they don't know how to answer questions. One calls them if he needs something extraordinary otherwise he wouldn't call them. They answer you: search the immigration site!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La signora Mara ha chiamato per avere informazioni pertinenti una sua esigenza su territorio di Singapore e dunque non di nostra competenza. Forse non le e’ chiaro che le Ambasciate e Consolati sono di Rappresentanza del proprio Stato in uno stato straniero ed hanno “potere” e competenza solo su quest’ultimo. Noi diamo assitenza in Italia e per l’ITALIA .A Singapore si occupa delle problematiche locali l’Ambasciata Italiana ! Peraltro lamentava una non funzionalita’ del sito dell’ICA(quindi parliamo di un problema tecnico) e nonostante averle piu’ volte spiegato che purtroppo non potevamo intervenire pretendeva che noi risolvessimo il bug di un sistema al quale non abbiamo accesso. Desolati per non poter dare ulteriore aiuto abbiamo suggerito di rivolgersi a chi di competenza dando peraltro tutte le referenze e contatti nonostante non potessimo farlo .
Ms. Mara called for pertinent information about her need in Singapore and therefore not within our competence. Perhaps it is not clear to you that the Embassies and Consulates are representative of their own state in a foreign state and have "power" and competence only over the latter. We provide assistance in Italy and for ITALY. The Italian Embassy takes care of local problems in Singapore! Moreover, she complained about a non-functionality of the ICA website (so we are talking about a technical problem) and despite having explained to her several times that unfortunately we could not intervene, she demanded that we fix the bug of a system to which we do not have access. Desolate for not being able to give further help, we suggested that we turn to those who are competent, however, giving all the references and contacts even though we could not do it.
