★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Con motivo del extravío del DNI, acudimos a la Embajada, y ésta nos remitió a proceder con el papeleo al Consulado (que menos mal, estaba cerca). No sabemos bien si se re distribuyeron las competencias, pero siempre, desde un principio hemos tenido conocimiento que era esta representación la que se encargaba de estos trámites.
 Due to the loss of the DNI, we went to the Embassy, and it sent us to proceed with the paperwork to the Consulate (thank goodness, it was close). We do not know if the powers were redistributed, but always, from the beginning we have had knowledge that it was this representation that was in charge of these procedures.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Después de una hora llamando a los cuatro números que aparecen en su página, no he tenido respuesta para mi duda. Creo que una embajada está para ayudar al ciudadano o al menos para contestar al teléfono. Espero que solucionen éste problema.
After an hour calling the four numbers that appear on your page, I have not had an answer to my question. I believe that an embassy is there to help the citizen or at least to answer the phone. I hope they solve this problem.

They answered at 1330 on a weekday: I can't say anything else that I am completely satisfied with their service. The person was very courteous and answered in a complete and clear way, searching all my doubts.

As for the service, lousy. I was attended by a super border man who did not solve my doubts and on top of that he did not speak Spanish well.

We have been embarrassed by the appearance of the building. Planters with dead plants blocking the entrance to what looks like an abandoned building. The image that is given to the world is certainly not the best. I reiterate: shame

Alcune volte anche per semplice cortesia visto che comunque è lavoro dare anche informazioni…potrebbero provare ad aiutare chi chiama per avere delle delucidazioni…
Called to ask for information to travel to Spain ... they refer me to the site from which I said I could not understand what the necessary documents are. Sometimes even out of simple courtesy since it is work to give information anyway ... they could try to help the caller to get some explanations ...
