Все достаточно быстро! Позитивный опыт. I was very pleased with the service! The vice-consul accepted my documents, explained everything in an accessible way, answered all the questions, suggested how to do it better. Everything is fast enough! A positive experience.
G	Gianfranco Zani on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Male organizzati, strafottenti e arroganti, hanno fatto partire la mia ragazza dalla Toscana per ritirare un foglio (non ufficiale), arrivata in ambasciata non glie l'hanno dato dicendo che siamo in estate e i tempi si allungano di circa 2 mesi, quando invece per telefono avevano detto che glie lo rilasciavano direttamente loro e subito. Badly organized, arrogant and arrogant, they made my girlfriend leave Tuscany to collect an (unofficial) paper, arrived at the embassy they did not give it to her saying that we are in summer and the times are extended by about 2 months, when instead for phone had said that they would issue it directly and immediately.

Дозвонилась на телефон экстренной помощи, но там сказали, что вопросы с документами они не решают :( Unfortunately, it is impossible to get through !!! This is the first time I've encountered this! La mia unica speranza era l'ambasciata che tutela i diritti dei suoi cittadini bielorussi. Ringrazio il personale per essere gentile, nessuno mi ha interrotta mentre spiegavo la situazione disperatamente. Mi avevano promesso di fare tutti i documenti in 1 settimana! Invece lo hanno fatto in 1 giorno!! Per non farmi aspettare il documento in originale mi hanno spedito il testo elettronico e la fotocopia del documento. Il console Vladimir Valerievich è stato particolarmente gentile ed operativo. Gentilissimi, veloci, organizzati e seri. Ecco chi siete! Dopo aver finito l'università spero di far parte del vostro gruppo!!! I had an emergency with university papers. My only hope was the embassy that protects the rights of its Belarusian citizens. Thank the staff for being nice, no one interrupted me as I explained the situation desperately. They promised me to do all the documents in 1 week! Instead they did it in 1 day !! In order not to make me wait for the original document, they sent me the electronic text and a photocopy of the document. Consul Vladimir Valerievich was particularly kind and operative. Very kind, fast, organized and serious. That's who you are! After finishing university I hope to be part of your group !!!

Нам помогли решить действительно важный вопрос даже в не рабочий день. Спасибо им большое. It's really hard to get through, it's a minus. Наконец-то мне ответил автоответчик и милым голосом оповестил, что посольство закрыто, это было в 17:00, однако на сайте указано, что открыто. Часы работы не выполняются, связи с посольством НЕТ. Послала письмо электронное, ноль. Попробую связаться с Министерством в Минске. Unable to get through. Do not pick up the phone or drop the call. Who does the embassy work for? For citizens of the Republic of Belarus‼ ️‼ ️‼ ️. PS. Finally, the answering machine answered me and in a sweet voice announced that the embassy was closed, it was at 17:00, but the website states that it was open. Opening hours are not carried out, there is NO contact with the embassy. Sent an email, zero. I'll try to contact the Ministry in Minsk.
