La ditta si e' presentata come tra le uniche riconosciute in questo periodo di lockdown vantanto abilitazioni e personale esperto e regolare. Dopo varie vicissitudini sono riuscito a recupeare il materiale smarrito, la revisione dei montaggi nel nuovo appartamento e il risarcimento per la libreria dannegiata. Nonostante avessi segnalato che l'altezza massima dell'ingresso del luogo di destinazione era di 3,50 m, si sono presentati con un camion alto per cui è stato necessario fare un trasbordo durante il quale hanno danneggiato tutti i mobili. Mi hanno anche rotto il vetro di una finestra. Purtroppo non mi sono accorto subito dei vari danni poichè il trasloco è terminato alle 22 di sera (dalle 8,30!) e pochi giorni dopo sono partito. Adesso che sto spostando i mobili nella nuova casa mi accorgo che sono tutti danneggiati. Hanno spezzato il montante dell'armadio della camera da letto e lo hanno fatto rifare da un falegname. Il nuovo pezzo mi è stato recapitato e montato alcuni giorni dopo. Da una parte c'era dello scotch che copriva un grosso buco frutto di un errata lavorazione del falegname. Ho lasciato correre perché non si può stare sempre a litigare ma una recensione negativa è il minimo che possa fare. Bad. k	klorinda prifti on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho fatto 4 trasferimenti di lavoro (2 internazionali) per qui la feccia traslochi si e occupato a fornirmi tutto il materiale per l'imballaggio della biancheria, per tutto il resto si sono occupati loro come imballaggi di suppellettili imballaggio dei mobili. Dopo 4 traslochi smontaggio e rimontaggio i mie mobili sono tutti in perfetto stato e tutti funzionali. Per me rimane la miglior società di traslochi nazionali e internazionali che esiste in Italia. Qualità prezzo eccezionale. Grazie freccia a breve faremo il quinto. A	Armando Bernabei on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A dire il vero per dare un giudizio equo debbo distinguere le due fasi, il ritiro e la riconsegna. Riconsegna avvenuta dopo un periodo di immagazzinaggio. Due squadre completamente diverse, la prima precisa ed attenta. Anche se la scelta su come è stata imballata la roba c'è molto da ridire. La seconda sicuramente molto meno professionale. Hanno fatto una serie di danni ai mobili: armadio, macchina per cucire, piatti e bicchieri rotti, cassapanca, lavello del bagno. Ciliegina sulla torta è sparito un centrotavola in argento. Il titolare ha fatto riparare le cose rotte, ma non ha voluto prendersi nessuna responsabilità sull'oggetto mancante. Esperienza negativissima. Anche il rimontaggio dei mobili ha avuto diverse lacune, che hanno cercato di rimediare mandando il loro uomo esperto. Ma non era il caso di controllare prima ciò che stessero facendo? Complessivamente però sia la conservazione in magazzino che la riconsegna dei mobili sono stati problematici. L’umidità e la sporcizia(abbiamo rinvenuto escrementi di topo in tantissimi imballi) del luogo di conservazione ci ha costretto a gettare tantissimi oggetti tra cui alcuni libri, foto e materassi. Inoltre danni ad una lampada Flos e a numerosi mobili per migliaia di euro. Non abbiamo ricevuto rimborsi sebbene richiesti Male la conservazione/deposito e nel rimontaggio. Non hanno rimontato il mobilio del bagno, alcune mensole, una libreria, invertito alcune ante, oltre alla scarsa attenzione all’integrità del mobilio.
