A	Antonietta Mancuso on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sono entrata due volte in questa farmacia, una volta alle 20: 30 ( mi avevano detto telefonicamente che avrebbero chiuso alle 21 ) per comprare un termometro e non mi hanno permesso di pagare con il bancomat perché avevano già chiuso il pos. Il tutto accompagnato da una scortesia mai vista. La seconda volta l'addetta alla vendita mi ha dato 10 euro in meno di resto, me ne sono accorta uscendo e una volta segnalato il disguido sono stata trattata malissimo. L'addetta vendita non ha neanche chiesto scusa e continuava ad ostinarsi di non aver sbagliato, la proprietaria è intervenuta dopo un quarto d'ora e, senza neanche rivolgermi la parola, è andata a fare controllare le riprese delle telecamere di sicurezza. Durante tutto il tempo sono stata guardata come una ladra. Dopo mezz'ora interminabile mi sono state restituite le 10 euro. MAI PIÙ! Mai visto un servizio al cliente tanto scadente. Dovevo acquistare la mia pillola ormonale per il mio problema dell'ovaio micropolicistico e mi sono presentata con la ricetta ripetibile valida tre mesi . La prima volta mi hanno detto che la ricetta non era valida (nonostante me l avesse fatta il dottore ed era validissima) e nonostante la mia insistenza continavano a dirmi che era come dicevano loro. Dopo mezz'ora la tipa mi dice che avevo ragione io e si scusa e mi dice di tornare il giorno dopo e che me l avrebbero ordinata e fatta arrivare. Mi reco la mattina dopo e c era un'altra tizia super incompetente che continua ad insistere che la ricetta non è ripetibile e che non può darmi la pillola...dopo che il giorno prima mi era stato detto che sarebbe arrivata e che me l avrebbero data.. assurdo. Da premettere che a me serviva il giorno stesso perché dovevo prenderla per forza quella sera e non sapevo come fare. Insomma alla fine mi reco a un'altra farmacia e con la stessa ricetta non mi fanno nessun problema. Le tizie che ci lavorano sono Delle belle addormentate incompetenti , non so nemmeno se abbiano una laurea. Non c è nessuna competenza e sottolineo la scortesia totale. La tipa a un certo punto mi fa :mi dispiace ma ci sono problemi più gravi della pillola.. ma stiamo scherzando?! La sconsiglio vivamente a tutti. Non ci metterò mai più piede. More than poor service. I had to buy my hormonal pill for my micropolicistic ovarian problem and I presented myself with the repeatable recipe valid for three months. The first time they told me that the recipe was not valid (despite the fact that the doctor made it to me and it was very valid) and despite my insistence they kept telling me that it was as they said. After half an hour the girl tells me that I was right and apologizes and tells me to come back the next day and that they would have ordered it and sent it to me. I go the next morning and there was another super incompetent chick who continues to insist that the recipe is not repeatable and that she cannot give me the pill ... after the day before I had been told that she would come and that they would have me date .. absurd. First of all, I needed it the same day because I had to take it by force that evening and I didn't know how to do it. In short, in the end I go to another pharmacy and with the same recipe they make me no problem. The tizie that work there are some incompetent sleeping beauty, I don't even know if they have a degree. There is no competence and I emphasize total discourtesy. The girl at some point makes me: I'm sorry but there are more serious problems than the pill .. but are we kidding ?! I strongly advise against everyone. I will never set foot there again.

As tourists, we went to 8 pharmacies before this one (all city center or near Termini station) - no one was willing to help us investigate how to get the medicine or there was a lack of English skills. So lucky we ended up at this pharmacy where the staff spoke English and was so helpful! Thanks again! Can highly recommend this pharmacy, especially for tourists without any Italian language skills.
