Ho richiamato un signore che spudoratamente si è abbassato la mascherina per parlare con una delle farmaciste. Impunemente dopo averlo richiamato a indossare la mascherina ha osato rispondermi " e dove devo metterla signora". Recentemente la 'squadra' si arricchita di una risorsa che a me sembra di davvero 'un buon acquisto', la dottoressa Carlotta , che ho trovato particolarmente professionale, disponibile e paziente, anche a telefono, nonostante le inevitabili complicazioni dovute alla presenza del pubblico in fila. Tra l'altro mi ha consigliato un integratore scegliendo quello che offrisse il miglior rapporto prezzo/risultato, consentendomi un risparmio veramente considerevole: grazie, Carlotta, mantenga le sue capacità professionali, il suo entusiasmo ,,,, e le sue cinque stelle !
