★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La casa è stupenda, ampia, accogliente, interamente ristrutturata, pulitissima e economica. Consiglio assolutamente. Siamo anche arrivati dopo mezzanotte e non è stato un problema entrare perché dispone di dispositivo con codice per le chiavi. Top!
The house is wonderful, large, welcoming, completely renovated, very clean and cheap. I absolutely recommend. We also arrived after midnight and it was not a problem to enter as it has a code device for the keys. Top!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Io e il mio compagno abbiamo soggiornato in questo appartamento. Lo staff gentile e sempre disponibile e la pulizia impeccabile. La location era stupenda ci siamo sentiti a casa! La posizione era perfetta, si trovava in pieno centro a Catania, ad un passo dal duomo e a via etnea.
Ritornerò sicuramente!!!
Me and my partner stayed in this apartment. The friendly and always available staff and impeccable cleanliness. The location was beautiful we felt at home! The location was perfect, it was in the center of Catania, a step away from the cathedral and via etnea.
I will definitely come back !!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pro: Proprietario super disponibile, stanza pulita e molto carina, posizione ottima.
Contro: per il prezzo mi aspettavo la pulizia giornaliera della stanza, invece è su richiesta e a pagamento.
L'aperitivo di benvenuto con allestimento della camera, 50 euro, mi aspettavo un prosecco di una leggera qualità, non dell'eurospin.
Aggiungerei più tovaglie e le ciabatte in dotazione.
Pros: Super helpful owner, clean and very nice room, great location.
Cons: for the price I expected the daily cleaning of the room, instead it is on request and for a fee.
The welcome drink with room set-up, 50 euros, I was expecting a prosecco of a light quality, not Eurospin.
I would add more tablecloths and slippers provided.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good quality for the price , good location just close to the city center , during the weekend there is some loud music coming from the bar or disco ( but you can hear only the bass ) comfortable beds. Info for the owner : more coffees and some tea would be perfect to be in the apartment
