I prezzi sono molto buoni e l’assistenza è da 5 stelle. Il tutto a soli due giorni dal sopralluogo con relativo preventivo. Molto cortesi e professionali con prezzi a dir poco competitivi. Li consiglio vivamente. Assistenza post-vendita e customer care inesistenti, una volta installato l’impianto ogni cosa diventa non di loro competenza nè tantomeno di loro responsabilità. È un problema del cliente. Messi di fronte alle loro responsabilità, risolvono non rispondendo più al telefono. Andate altrove, se potete, oppure sperate di non avere mai un problema. Neither serious nor professional. Ho portato un televisore a far vedere (e già solo per prenderlo e farti sapere se ha un danno riparabile o meno si prendo 20 euro) e ho chiesto di sapere se avesse un danno riparabile ed eventualmente quanto costasse ripararlo per capire se ne valeva la pena. Sono stata ricontattata 4 giorni dopo a danno riparato senza essere stata chiamata prima per sapere se volessi affrontare la spesa o meno (e già questo è un segno di scorrettezza non indifferente). Al telefono il signore mi comunica che il prezzo era 80 euro a cui sarebbero stati sottratti i 20 già dati, quindi un totale di 60 euro. Stamattina mi reco a ritirare il televisore e alla richiesta di pagamento con carta mi viene risposto che il prezzo se pago con carta è di 73 euro, invece contanti di 60 perché ovviamente senza fattura. Incommentabili Incorrect and dear.
