E comunque molto bella da quando è stata rinnovata! I have always felt comfortable in this pharmacy. If the products are not taken, the staff has always made sure to have them in good time. Ci può anche stare, se non fosse che nella sede di via Sacchetti, dopo essersi presentati prenotando, si trova in fila gente senza prenotazione. In più, l'addetto se ne va e non si sa quando torna...MAI PIU!!! QUESTA è una presa un giro, non si ha rispetto per un cittadino che ,magari, ha anche poco tempo...fra tutte le farmacie dove normalmente faccio il tampone, questa è davvero l'unica così! Il servizio per i tamponi è letteralmente da dimenticare: si deve fare la prenotazione in linea per poi ritrovarsi in coda una volta sul posto. Per telefono informano che senza prenotazione non si può fare il tampone, ma poi quando si arriva lì ci si trova con persone in coda che non hanno prenotato. E si fanno code lunghissime. Ci sono farmacie poco distanti che offrono lo stesso servizio senza prenotazione e con un personale gentilissimo e efficiente. Staff not very helpful and unfriendly. Il personale è stato gentile, veloce (con tutti) e con me anche empatico e discreto nel comunicarmi purtroppo l'esito... Comodissimo il servizio di prenotazione online, con la scelta del tipo di tampone, giorno e orario (che sono rispettati). Ho provato il servizio di cabina estetica in parafarmacia che devo dire veramente ottimo È stata una coccola super e molto apprezzata super consigliata. Luana è veramente brava, professionale e molto gentile. Esperienza poi con il servizio tampone nel gazebo fuori dalla farmacia ottima. È molto facile prenotare sul sito. Tampone fatto un sabato pomeriggio senza fila in maniera rapida e semplice e personale anche questo molto disponibile e a pochi metri da casa meglio di così...
