★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mi sono sentito preso in giro, porto l'automobile per sapere quanto mi può costare cambiare un componente, mi danno appuntamento per la settimana seguente, immaginando fossero troppo impegnati, aspetto una settimana, porto l'auto spiegando cos'ha che non va, chiedendo quanto costerebbe ripararla, se la tengono qualche ora e mi contattano dicendomi il prezzo, io non avendo la disponibilità di tale cifra nel breve li ringrazio gentilmente del disturbo, solo che loro il disturbo lo hanno monetizzato chiedendomi i soldi per la "mezz'ora persa".
Io mi sento preso in giro, vado per chiedere quanto può costare e mi danno appuntamento la settimana seguente per poi dirmi le stesse cose e chiedermi dei soldi per un preventivo? cioè pagare per sapere quanto devo pagare? Mi sembra assurdo, avrebbero dovuto subito dirmi che sarebbe stata una consulenza a pagamento e non un preventivo gratuito come da me richiesto. Pessimo modo di comportarsi.
