★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tre stelle per il personale gentile e affabile, per i dolcetti tipici di pasticceria quali cannoncini alla crema e bignè con crema di pistacchio. Unico grande scoglio i cannoli siciliani: purtroppo la ricotta con lo zucchero e la pasta fritta erano ben distanti dal mio ricordo del tipico cannolo siciliano. Ma poi penso che per chi non ha mai assaggiato l'originale, questa rivisitazione sia anche buona per gli amanti del Super dolce!
Three stars for the kind and friendly staff, for the typical pastry sweets such as cannoncini with cream and cream puffs with pistachio cream. The only big stumbling block was the Sicilian cannoli: unfortunately the ricotta with sugar and the fried pasta were far from my memory of the typical Sicilian cannoli. But then I think that for those who have never tasted the original, this reinterpretation is also good for lovers of Super sweet!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bar Pasticceria con laboratorio annesso, PERCUI paste sempre al Top a qualsiasi ora del giorno,apertura alle 5:30 del mattino con Bomboloni ancora caldi,forse i migliori di Ferrara,un impasto sublime,dicasi altrettanto della Crema Pasticcera anche se li preferirei più pieni di Crema, disponibile anche un piccolo parcheggio riservato alla Pasticceria,al limite se non si trova posto c'è sempre il più ampio parcheggio del Penny Market posto sulla stessa Via del Florida.
Pastry Bar with attached laboratory, PERCUI pastas always at the Top at any time of day, opening at 5:30 in the morning with Donuts still hot, perhaps the best in Ferrara, a sublime dough, the same goes for the Custard even if I would prefer them fuller in Crema, there is also a small car park reserved for the pastry shop, if there is no space there is always the largest car park in the Penny Market located on the same Via del Florida.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Locale datato che avrebbe bisogno di un ammodernamento, paste e caffè buonissimi, cordialità da parte del personale. Ampia scelta di prodotti sia dolci che salati. Prezzi nella media delle altre pasticcerie. Ci ritornerei di sicuro per provare altre paste.
Dated place in need of modernization, very good pastries and coffee, friendliness from the staff. Wide choice of both sweet and savory products. Prices in the average of other pastry shops. I would go back for sure to try other pastas.
