L'ambiente è gradevole , accogliente e soprattutto adatto anche a persone come me che non sono proprio nate con la vocazione sportiva . La cosa migliore è che si viene seguiti ed osservati durante l'allenamento :merce molto rara ai giorni nostri. the ideal place to unwind and get fit. Il locale è carino e sempre pulito. Diversa dalle solite palestre ma proprio per questo perfetta per quello che cercavo.???????? I had a good time in the gym (also because I don't speak Italian well) the personal trainer made me feel at ease, always attentive to my exercises and my needs. The place is nice and always clean. Different from the usual gyms but for this reason perfect for what I was looking for

Apprezzo la professionalità e la competenza oltre alla disponibilità di Valerio. Ambiente allegro e rilassante e allenamenti mai monotoni. Non sono mai stata una sportiva anzi non ho mai amato allenarmi e dopo 2 mesi in una qualsiasi palestra ho sempre mollato. Con Valerio invece, dopo più di 2 anni e mezzo, sono carica e non vedo l'ora di andarci. Avere un personal che ti segue è sicuramente un valore aggiunto ma un motivatore come lui non credo sia così facile trovarlo. La consiglio davvero a tutti; per il gestore che ci mettere davvero anima e cuore, per il gruppo di persone iscritte con cui è sempre un piacere allenarsi, e per i risultati e obiettivi che ti vengono dati e che si raggiungono quasi con "piacere" nonostante la fatica!!! What to say about this place and its personal trainer? I have never been a sportswoman in fact I have never loved training and after 2 months in any gym I have always given up. With Valerio, on the other hand, after more than 2 and a half years, I'm charged up and can't wait to go there. Having a personal who follows you is certainly an added value but I don't think it's that easy to find a motivator like him. I really recommend it to everyone; for the manager who really puts his heart and soul into it, for the group of registered people with whom it is always a pleasure to train, and for the results and objectives that are given to you and that can be reached almost with "pleasure" despite the effort !!!

Gli Allenamenti cambiano stimandoti ad arrivare a fine allenamento con entusiasmo . Ambiente bello e armonioso con tutti gli iscritti. Consigliatissimo. The perfect gym! It deserves 10 stars. From an unsportsmanlike Valerio managed to make me fall in love with sport. Workouts change by expecting you to get to the end of the workout with enthusiasm.
