Dopo diverso tempo sento che "funziono" meglio con pochi e semplici esercizi quotidiani e una revisione ogni 2 mesi Competence, courtesy, hygiene, professionalism, often worth every penny. Sono molti anni che seguo MeV Lab , avevo provato di tutto per le mie ernie al disco , con professionalità e dedizione Giuseppe mi ha aiutato a risolvere il mio problema .. la vera novità è stata ricercare le cause e non subito la soluzione .. ??? M	Massimo Massari on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Questo ragazzi è un posto veramente top e si può chiamare palestra,vi spiego perché,poca gente, è inutile andare in palestre con 200 attrezzi e donne che vanno lì per far vedere il culo e le tette.... Quei posti non si chiamano palestre ma hanno un altro.... I coach che ti seguono al mev lab sono il top abbiamo il Marocco Pietro che sta crescendo bene ma salvini prima o poi lo rimandera al sud, Fabio un personal così dove lo trovate neanche a Miami. La stella bea, in una palestra una donna ci vuole ma una non 50, la bea fisico da urlo è se fai lo stupido ti fa un metabolico che invochi pietà, ma simpaticissima, e veniamo al maestro Beppe, la ciliegina sulla torta, quello che ti lascia le sfide. Lui quando sono arrivo al mev lab mi ha detto fissiamo un obbiettivo e vedrai che mi ringrazierai ... Alla fine lo ho super ringraziato.. . Sono dimagrito 9 kg in 2 mesi e mazzo senza fare fatica e sto benissimo e o dono a 13 kg meno.... Vi dico l ultima conta anche l alimentazione ma conta anche il mev lab. Ed è ancor vero che la voglia di tenersi in forma cresce se affiancata dal divertimento e buonumore che pervade l'ambiente MEV! Buona fatica a tutti e grazie a Beppe, Pietro, Claudia, Beatrice, Fabio, Luca (in ordine sparso)! About a year after a series of physical mishaps, I set foot in "my" gym, rediscovering all the friendliness, sympathy and preparation of the coaches who alternate with training sessions. And it is still true that the desire to keep fit grows if accompanied by the fun and good humor that pervades the MEV environment! Ho avuto noie ad una spalla per tutta l'estate e dopo il trattamento di fisioterapia di giovedì il dolore è scomparso... Mitici!!! Non è semplice far allenare e fare trattamenti di massofisioterapia facendo ridere tra le lacrime ed i sorrisi... Loro lo fanno. Provare per credere...
