Al rientro delle vacanze ho fatto la prova gratuita dell’allenamento EMS.. mi è piaciuto molto. Personale gentilissimo, consiglio ! I started my first pilates experience right here a few months ago. When I returned from vacation I took the free trial of the EMS training .. I really enjoyed it. Very kind staff, I recommend!

Ero scettico ma provare per credere, ho i muscoli che fanno male come se avessi fatto palestra con i pesi. I attend the center from about 9 months, very serious and professional. EMS will surely be the future to keep fit in a busy life like mine. I was skeptical but seeing is believing, I have muscles that hurt like I had a gym with weights.

Anche solo per una seduta a settimana ne vale la pena e vedrete i risultati. Consigliatissima. Forget the normal gyms, here they follow you really well every lesson, helpful and friendly instructors. Even just for one session a week it is worth it and you will see the results. Highly recommended.

Non sono riuscita nemmeno a fare la lezione di prova, perchè, dopo essermi presentata la sera alle 19 come da accordi presi telefonicamente, mi hanno detto che non era possibile fare lezione quel giorno e ho dovuto fissare un altro appuntamento. Successivamente, ho dovuto annullare l'appuntamento (avvisando telefonicamente) ma secondo loro avevo disdetto senza preavviso (era impossibile dare il preavviso avendo prenotato alle 19 di sera per la mattina seguente alle 8). E comunque avevo avvisato telefonicamente... Non mi hanno trattato in modo cortese, proponendomi un'altra soluzione per fare una prova ma mi hanno chiesto direttamente di acquistare il pacchetto. Inoltre sono dovuta passare in sede parecchie volte per riuscire ad essere contattata da loro. Non credo che i clienti vadano trattati in questo modo. Very bad experience. If you are looking for a place where you can be looked after in a personalized way, I absolutely do not recommend it. I was not even able to take the test lesson, because, after having presented myself in the evening at 19 as agreed by telephone, they told me that it was not possible to take a lesson that day and I had to make another appointment. Subsequently, I had to cancel the appointment (by telephone) but according to them I had canceled without notice (it was impossible to give the notice having booked at 7pm for the following morning at 8am). And anyway I had warned by phone ... They did not treat me courteously, proposing another solution to give me a test but they asked me directly to buy the package. I also had to go to the office several times to be able to be contacted by them. I don't think customers should be treated this way.
