F	Federica Amati on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Palestra più che fornita, ambiente professionale ma allo stesso tempo rilassato, personale e proprietario molto gentili e cordiali. Spogliatoi impeccabili che mettono a disposizione anche sauna e asciuga capelli, entrambe cose non da poco. La nota ancor più positiva è la possibilità di fare ingressi singoli, utilissimi per chi come me passa per Modena occasionalmente. Sentirsi i benvenuti in una palestra a cui non si appartiene non è mai una cosa scontata, grazie :) Gym more than supplied, professional yet relaxed at the same time, staff and owner very kind and friendly. impeccable Locker also provide sauna and hair dryer, both things not just. The even more positive note is the ability to make individual inputs, useful for people like me passes for Modena occasionally. Feeling welcome in a gym, which you belong is never a matter of course, thank you :)

La zona nuova dedicata maggiormente al powerlifting attrezzata con materiale da gara ATX è stupenda, perfetta sia per chi si allena a livello amatoriale sia per gli agonisti . L'ampia fascia oraria e giornaliera di apertura permette di allenarsi sempre,anche nei giorni festivi Very high level gym, with very competent and kind staff. The new area dedicated mainly to powerlifting equipped with ATX racing material is wonderful, perfect both for those who train at an amateur level and for agonists. The wide opening hours and day allows you to train always, even on holidays

La consiglio a tutti gli amanti dello sport A historic gym, I visited it today to validate the registration and I found competence and professionalism. I recommend it to all sports lovers

Devo dire che sono stata contenta del servizio, la sala attrezzi non è molto grande ma ben attrezzata, l'aula corsi di discrete dimensioni. Il palinsesto è molto fitto la sera, un po' scarso al mattino e questo è un peccato perché non tutti riescono a sfruttare la fascia oraria del pranzo per allenarsi quindi come consiglio per il prossimo anno voglio dare quello di aggiungere anche qualche corso al mattino. Prezzi molto buoni, con abbonamenti ad ingresso, mensili, trimestrali, semestrali ed annuali (quindi che rispondono ad ogni evenienza). Non devi indebitarti per rimanere in forma, anche questa cosa non scontata ? La consiglio! Excellent gym, I personally attended it especially for fitness courses. I must say that I was happy with the service, the equipment room is not very large but well equipped, the classroom of a decent size. The schedule is very dense in the evening, a little scarce in the morning and this is a shame because not everyone is able to take advantage of the lunch time slot to train so as advice for next year I want to add some courses in the morning. Very good prices, with monthly, quarterly, half-yearly and annual subscriptions per entry (therefore they respond to any eventuality). You don't have to go into debt to stay in shape, even this is not a foregone conclusion ? I recommend it!

Sono ritornata ultimamente per rimettermi in forma e ho potuto apprezzare diversi nuovi miglioramenti. Gli spogliatoi sono stati tutti ristrutturati e rimodernati, la sala pesi è rimasta molto ben attrezzata così come qualche anno fa, ma le macchine sono tutte nuove e tenute perfettamente. In più sono state aggiunte due nuove bellissime sale (quelle in foto), molto ampie e altrettanto attrezzate, di cui una dedicata in particolare a chi fa powerlifting, ma comunque accessibile a chiunque. Che dire...ottima palestra, ottimi i prezzi e ottima l'attrezzatura. Sicuramente una delle migliori di Modena. I went to this gym for quite some time several years ago and it was very well equipped even then. I have recently been back to get in shape and have been able to appreciate several new improvements. The changing rooms have all been refurbished and modernized, the weight room has remained very well equipped as it was a few years ago, but the machines are all new and perfectly maintained. In addition, two new beautiful rooms have been added (those in the photo), very large and equally equipped, one of which is dedicated in particular to those who do powerlifting, but still accessible to anyone. What can I say ... excellent gym, excellent prices and excellent equipment. Certainly one of the best in Modena.
