Ho acquistato un coupon su Groupon per 10 sedute di pressoterapia. Al fine di prendere appuntamento, ho chiamato il vostro centro specificando più volte di essere in possesso del coupon e chiedendo se vi fossero costi aggiuntivi oltre quelli sostenuti per l'acquisto del pacchetto su Groupon. Mi avete detto che avrei solo dovuto acquistare una tuta e mi avete fissato un appuntamento. Sono quindi venuta presso il vostro centro dove con estrema serenità mi è stato detto che non potevo usufruire del pacchetto acquistato! Per accapparrarmi come nuova cliente mi avete comunque fatto una visita di controllo dove mi avete consigliato altri servizi ovviamente con costi decisamente più alti del coupon! Ho perso del tempo inutilmente e il vostro comportamento denota una mancanza di professionalità a parer mio! Detto ciò avrei veramente preferito non conoscervi!
I wanted to avoid writing a review but since you tell me we have never met, I enter one with pleasure and tell my bad experience. I bought a coupon on Groupon for 10 pressotherapy sessions. In order to make an appointment, I called your center, specifying several times that I was in possession of the coupon and asking if there were any additional costs beyond those incurred for the purchase of the package on Groupon. You told me I was just supposed to buy a suit, and you made an appointment for me. I then came to your center where with great serenity I was told that I could not take advantage of the package purchased! To get me as a new customer, you still made me a check-up visit where you recommended other services obviously with much higher costs than the coupon! I wasted time in vain and your behavior denotes a lack of professionalism in my opinion! Having said that I would have really preferred not to know you!

A fine percorso posso ritenermi più che soddisfatta, lo consiglio.
I purchased a coupon on spiiki in June 2020 for photoepilation with the diode laser, at the first cognitive appointment I was explained how the treatment works and the duration, and then immediately continued with the first session. At the end of the journey I can be more than satisfied, I recommend it.
