Costo quasi 50 euro!!!) non aiuta in alcun modo il cliente, un Professionista che con la stampa lavora. Epilogo? Ordinate altre cartucce urgenti (dato che i valori erano FALSI) oggi chiama per dire che non può più avere quel prodotto! Complimenti... Strongly discouraged. Reported demonstrated and demonstrable problem on some cartridges (eg Nero sold for 3500 copies, actually 2000 ... Cost almost 50 euros !!!) does not help in any way the customer, a Professional who works with the press. Epilogue? Order more urgent cartridges (since the values were FALSE) today call to say that he can no longer have that product! Compliments...

Una volta avendo avuto problemi con delle cartuccie acquistate in negozio, mi sono recato per chiedere spiegazioni ed eventualmnete cambiarle, ma l'atteggiamento del commesso (proprietario fra l'altro) è stao talmente scortese che credo che avere a che fare con una pietra sarebbe stato sicuramente più soddisfacente. Vergogna, attività che andrebbe chiusa per mancanza di rispetto nei confronti del cliente, ovviamente primario elemento per avere un attività di successo. I don't think I've ever seen such a poor service, the customer is literally treated with his feet. Once having had problems with cartridges bought in the store, I went to ask for explanations and possibly change them, but the attitude of the salesman (owner among other things) was so rude that I think having to do with a stone would be was certainly more satisfying. Shame, an activity that should be closed due to lack of respect for the customer, obviously a primary element to have a successful business.
