★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Portatato il mio notebook con problemi di crush del sistema operativo da oltre un anno e mai risolti.
Il tecnico, Sauro, ha trovato subito il difetto. Il modulo di Ram era guasto. E' stato sostituito e e ora va tutto ok.
Dopo aver ritirato il notebook per verificare, non me ne voglia il titolare, ho provato a rimettere il vecchio modulo ram e i crush sono ricominciati.
Ho rimesso quello sostituito e tutto ritorna ok.
Che dire veramente competenti.
Il notebook ora ha una seconda vita.
La spesa in linea con la concorrenza.
Da consigliare vivamente ad occhi chiusi. Grazie
Brought my notebook with OS crush issues for over a year and never fixed.
The technician, Sauro, immediately found the defect. The Ram module was broken. It was replaced and now everything is ok.
After having withdrawn the notebook to verify, I don't want the holder, I tried to put the old ram module back and the crushes started again.
I put the replaced one back and everything is ok.
What about truly competent.
The notebook now has a second life.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Grande Sauro titolare della Computer Dream. A Prato in tanti sentono la mancanza di una figura come lui, umanamente e professionalmente. Lui ha gestito la parte Informatica della mia Ditta in modo esemplare. C'era un problema su un PC, su una Stampante o sulla Rete, ecco c'era... veniva immediatamente risolto. Sempre attento alle esigenze della Azienda. Buona fortuna in terra Lucana. Una volta ha detto "Sono obbligato a tirare i remi in barca." ma sono sicuro che metterai un bel motore fuoribordo per far andare la tua vita ed il tuo lavoro dove e come vuoi.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Quando Sauro, Titolare della Computer Dream, abitava e lavorava in Toscana/Emilia era un grande Professionista sempre aggiornato, con una pazienza e una dedizione per risolvere ogni problema che raramente si vede in questo campo e ancora non ho trovato una persona che lo possa sostituire a pieno.
Penso che non sia cambiato nulla e con il suo trasferimento in Basilicata lui abbia portato semplicemente la sua esperienza il un luogo diverso e comunque da remoto riesci ancora a risolvermi i problemi da 600km di distanza.
Grandissimo Sauro - il mio tecnico informatico preferito - anche RugbyMam preferito, ma questa è un'altra storia :-P
