★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pessima esperienza, zero professionalità, zero tratto col pubblico , zero serietà. acquisto per un esperimento a scuola del mio bambino del materiale elettrico tra cui una pila piatta modello 3r12X, di quelle, per intenderci, utilizzate più frequentemente molti anni fa'. il bimbo prepara il suo esperimento e quando viene il momento di far accendere la lampadina collegando la batteria ecco che rimane malissimo, la batteria non fa' il suo dovere, sembra scarica, anzi è inspiegabilmente scarica. Nel pomeriggio, convinta che la cosa possa capitare,specialmente se come in questo trattasi di pila non proprio ad uso frequente, mi reco presso il negozio e chiedo, previa verifica, la sostituzione della pila.
Un gentile operatore, prova la pila e non fa funzionare nulla, ne prende una nuova ma la mette da parte, nel frattempo noto all'interno del pacchetto un liquido marroncino sulla batteria, ne prende un altra e stavolta tutto funziona. Il gentile operatore chiede dunque al proprio capo come comportarsi ed egli risponde che la mia batteria non era funzionante a causa di un non meglio specificato corto circuito provocato a suo dire dalle prove effettuate dal bambino e che pertanto avrei dovuto pagarenuovamente 3,50 euro di batteria ed io a quel punto rifiutavo di acquistarla ed andavo via. Spesa irrisoria ma per i fondelli non mi faccio prendere da nessuno.
Very bad experience, zero professionalism, zero with the public, zero seriousness. purchase for an experiment at school of my child of electrical equipment including a flat 3r12X model battery, of those, so to speak, used more frequently many years ago. the child prepares his experiment and when the time comes to turn on the light by connecting the battery here is that it remains very bad, the battery does not do its duty, it seems unloaded, indeed it is inexplicably unloaded. In the afternoon, convinced that this could happen, especially if, as in this case, it is a battery that is not really frequently used, I go to the shop and ask, after verification, to replace the battery.
A kind operator, try the battery and do nothing, take a new one but put it aside, in the meantime known inside the package a brown liquid on the battery, take another one and this time everything works. The kind operator therefore asks his boss how to behave and he replies that my battery was not working due to an unspecified short circuit caused, according to him, by tests carried out by the child and therefore I would have to pay 3.50 euros of battery and at that point I refused to buy it and went away. A paltry expenditure but for the bottoms I don't let anyone take me.
