Prodotti strepitosi, atmosfera familiare e amichevole. Manzo, selvaggina, cavallo e agnello esclusivamente locali, macellati in loco. Merita davvero lo speck di mezzena (Mezetspeck) prodotto solo con suini locali, allevati in modo non intensivo nei tradizionali masi altoatesini. Da provare assolutamente la salsiccia tradizionale (Hauswurst) e i wuerstel (nelle tipologie "Meraner" e "Frankfurter"), semplicemente squisiti.
Amazing products, family and friendly atmosphere. Exclusively local beef, game, horse and lamb, slaughtered on site. The speck of mezzena (Mezetspeck), produced only with local pigs, raised in a non-intensive way in traditional South Tyrolean farms, really deserves. Absolutely to try the traditional sausage (Hauswurst) and the wuerstel (in the "Meraner" and "Frankfurter" types), simply exquisite.
