Merita davvero lo speck di mezzena (Mezetspeck) prodotto solo con suini locali, allevati in modo non intensivo nei tradizionali masi altoatesini. Da provare assolutamente la salsiccia tradizionale (Hauswurst) e i wuerstel (nelle tipologie "Meraner" e "Frankfurter"), semplicemente squisiti.
Amazing products, family and friendly atmosphere. Exclusively local beef, game, horse and lamb, slaughtered on site. The speck of mezzena (Mezetspeck), produced only with local pigs, raised in a non-intensive way in traditional South Tyrolean farms, really deserves. Absolutely to try the traditional sausage (Hauswurst) and the wuerstel (in the "Meraner" and "Frankfurter" types), simply exquisite.
