★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho comprato da loro una caravan nel mese di luglio. Prima della consegna, tutti gli interventi pattuiti sono stati eseguiti in maniera ottimale. Ho avuto, però, un inconveniente alla prima uscita (perdita acqua dalla vaschetta wc). Mi hanno guidato passo passo al telefono per provare a risolvere il problema. Dopo vari tentativi, ci siamo accorti che la vaschetta era spaccata. Sostituita e rimborsata da loro. Questa è professionalità. Grazie Dario e Mirko.
I bought a caravan from them in July. Before delivery, all the agreed interventions were performed in an optimal manner. However, I had a problem on my first exit (water leaking from the toilet bowl). They guided me step by step on the phone to try to fix the problem. After several attempts, we realized that the tray was cracked. Replaced and refunded by them. This is professionalism. Thanks Dario and Mirko.
