ordine n. 53775 del 26 novembre 2021 pagato lampada euro 825. MAI ARRIVATA!!!. Telefonato varie volte e ricevuto sempre scuse diverse: troppi ordini da evadere prima per il black Friday poi per Natale e ora per il Covid. NON SANNO NEANCHE SE È PRESSO IL LORO MAGAZZINO!!! MA NON MI RIDANNO INDIETRO I SOLDI NONOSTANTE ABBIAMO INSISTITO CON L'OPERATORE!!!!

order n °. 53775 of November 26, 2021 paid lamp euro 825. NEVER ARRIVED !!!. Phoned several times and always received different excuses: too many orders to be processed first for Black Friday then for Christmas and now for Covid. THEY DON'T EVEN KNOW IF IT IS IN THEIR WAREHOUSE !!! BUT THEY DON'T LAID BACK THE MONEY DESPITE WE INSISTED WITH THE OPERATOR !!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Questa societa´ si rifiuta di rispettare la legge sul commercio online.
Fatto un ordine e richiesto che venisse cancellato dopo un giorno. MI e´stato risposto che per policy della societa´ non e´ammessa cancellazione dell ordine, completamente al di fuori cio´che richiede la normativa europe:
"Se hai acquistato un prodotto o un servizio online o al di fuori di un negozio (per telefono, per corrispondenza, da un venditore porta a porta), hai anche il diritto di annullare e restituire entro 14 giorni il tuo ordine per qualsiasi motivo e senza alcuna giustificazione"
Cercando di contattarli via email le email vengono ignorate e quando arriva una risposta e´solo per proseguire l iter dell ordine, ignorando la richiesta di cancellazione.
Richiesto di poter parlare direttamente con qualcuno al telefono mi viene risposto che si puo´parlare solo col servizio commerciale per nuovi clienti.
richiesto di poter parlare col reparto legale dell´azienda per spiegare che quello che stanno facendo e´illegale mi e´stato risposto che non hanno numero di telefono e mi e´stata data una pec generica a cui rivolgermi.
Insistono che la loro policy puo´ andare contro la legge sul commercio online visto che il cliente la accetta al momento dell acquisto.
State molto attenti a questa societa´.
This company refuses to comply with the law on online commerce.
Placed an order and requested that it be canceled after one day. I was replied that the company policy does not allow cancellation of the order, completely outside what the European legislation requires:
"If you purchased a product or service online or outside of a store (by phone, by mail order, from a door-to-door seller), you also have the right to cancel and return your order within 14 days for any reason and without any justification "
Trying to contact them via email the emails are ignored and when a reply arrives it is only to continue the order process, ignoring the cancellation request.
Asked to be able to speak directly to someone on the phone, I was told that you can speak only with the commercial service for new customers.

They insist that their policy may go against the law on online commerce as the customer accepts it at the time of purchase.
