★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Massima disattenzione al cliente .. non in grado di dare risposte concrete sui furti perpetrati dalla wind su fatturazioni gonfiate da pseudo attivazioni su siti a pagamento.
Per attivare contratti puoi andare da loro per risolvere i problemi loro non intervengono e se ne lavano le mani.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ci siamo recati in negozio per informazioni di cambio nominativo sim da Padre a Figlio e passaggio ad una nuova promozione, nonostante la conferma del personale preposto, dopo circa 2 ore di attesa, ci viene comunicato che la Wind si rifiuta di effettuare il passaggio alla suddetta promozione.
Da questa situazione abbiamo riscontrato quanto segue:
1 - Personale poco preparato per non dire incompetente.
2 - La Wind non tutela i propri clienti, anzi li fà scappare ad altri operatori ( quello che faremo noi).
We went to the shop for information on changing the SIM name from Father to Son and moving to a new promotion, despite the confirmation of the staff in charge, after about 2 hours of waiting, we are informed that Wind refuses to make the transition to the aforementioned promotion.
From this situation we have found the following:
1 - Unprepared staff not to say incompetent.
2 - Wind does not protect its customers, on the contrary it makes them run away to other operators (what we will do).
