v	vittorio Faini on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ci siamo affidati a Davide con la diffidenza che la categoria ci ha abituato a fare, ma nel corso, prima della vendita e successivamente dell'acquisto del nuovo immobile, abbiamo avuto modo di ricrederci, una persona assolutamente trasparente e onesta che ha messo i nostri interessi sopra ogni cosa, facendo emergere le insidie nascoste per poi risolverle, sempre disponibile e celere nel suo lavoro. Noi abbiamo scelto di affidarci a lui anche se l'immobile che volevamo acquistare era in mano ad un altra agenzia, consapevoli che avremmo speso di più, ma mai soldi sono stati spesi meglio, Davide ci ha aiutato a risolvere problemi che l'altra agenzia (sempre di Locate) ci aveva tenuto nascosto, portando a termine la trattativa nei tempi che ci aveva indicato. Non sempre il nome blasonato dell'agenzia immobiliare è sinonimo di garanzia, anzi a volte è l'esatto contrario, con Edilia invece sapevamo che non avremmo avuto sorprese di nessun tipo Ogni volta che ne ho la possibilità consiglio sempre di andare da lui, perchè sono certo che affidarsi a Davide non potrà che far rimanere soddisfatto del suo lavoro, ma soprattutto della persona che ci si troverà davanti. Ogni volta che ci incrociamo è sempre un piacere salutarlo e se gli impegni lo concedono anche condividere 2 chiacchiere con un amico. Consigliatissimo, sempre!!! I am sure that relying on Davide can only make you satisfied with his work, but above all with the person who will be in front of you.
