★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Vergognoso mai visto una cosa simile,ho visto una casa a 120000€ ho offerto 110000€ Mi sembra corretto. Sono andato in ufficio per fare la proposta ,dovevo fare un mutuo di 50000€ ciae anticipavo io il resto, Meglio di così... fatto sta che non mi allegavano l’assegno di caparra al mutuo cioè volevano incassare subito l’assegno dì caparra, cambiate lavoro povera la proprietaria perdere una vendita per dei INCOMPETENTI
