S	Simone “Symon” Arena on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A questo DISservizio do un voto di una stella perché zero non sono ammesse, preciso il mio voto in quanto ho portato un pc per aumentare la memoria ram a cui a fatto seguito il danneggiamento permanente della scheda madre causato dai dipendenti, inoltre dopo SVARIATE DECINE di telefonate e appuntamenti il titolare riusciva soltanto a dire “la settimana prossima il computer è pronto”, in tutto questo sono passati circa 13 mesi, ho rinunciato alla denuncia perché ho sempre creduto alla buona fede e all’impegno di questa persona ma evidentemente mi sono sbagliato di grosso, concludo riassumendo questa orribile esperienza in un’ingente perdita di denaro potenziale considerato il valore di circa 800 EURO del pc, viaggi in auto a vuoto, chiamate a cui spesso non seguiva risposta e la scoperta di uno pseudo-negozio che non mi rivedrà mai più, NON LO CONSIGLIO. To this DISservice I give a vote of one star because zero is not allowed, I specify my vote as I brought a pc to increase the ram memory which was followed by permanent damage to the motherboard caused by employees, also after SEVERAL TENS of phone calls and appointments the owner could only say "next week the computer is ready", in all this about 13 months have passed, I gave up the complaint because I have always believed in the good faith and commitment of this person but obviously I grossly wrong, I conclude by summarizing this horrible experience in a huge potential loss of money considering the value of about 800 EUROS of the PC, empty car trips, calls that often did not follow an answer and the discovery of a pseudo-shop that does not will never see me again, I DO NOT RECOMMEND.

Sono stato trattato molto bene, ricevendo spiegazioni chiare e comprensibili e trovando uno staff attento e preparatissimo. Non si può che valutare al massimo il massimo del servizio. Dopo aver portato una Ps4 non funzionante circa a fine ottobre SOLO per sapere quale problema avesse ho aspettato fino ad oggi 11 dicembre per andarla a riprendere dopo che ho detto il 22 di novembre che non l’avrei più fatta aggiustare! Dopo vari messaggi di sollecitazione, visto che avrei dovuto darla ad un’altra persona, siamo riusciti ad andarla a prendere! I do not recommend!
