Dopo 12 anni, nel 2018, mi sono decisa a cambiare gestionale contabile e da subito siamo stati ascoltati e seguiti in tutto. Oltre al gestionale contabile, adesso abbiamo anche un programma produttivo personalizzato e mi sono affidata a loro anche per l'assistenza informatica. Quando li abbiamo incontrati, per un gestionale personalizzato per ordini clienti e produzione, abbiamo prima di tutto notato la loro predisposizione all'ascolto, per capire bene ciò di cui avevamo bisogno. Poi ci hanno aiutato a sviluppare la nostra idea e ci hanno soccorso e spronato quando stavamo per buttare la spugna. Abbiamo subito capito che l'assistenza al cliente è il loro punto di forza : veloci, risolutivi e gentilissimi, tanto che da un paio di anni ci siamo affidati a loro anche per il programma contabile.
