★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Per quanto riguarda il programma, nulla da eccepire , semplice e intuitivo, ma il personale, sia dell'assistenza che dell'amministrazione, è assolutamente poco affabile, sempre e perennemente scocciato, direi inadatto ad interagire con la clientela.
As for the program, nothing to complain about, simple and intuitive, but the staff, both the assistance and the administration, is absolutely unfriendly, always and perpetually annoyed, I would say unsuitable to interact with customers.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho utilizzato il loro software per circa 6 mesi senza particolari preoccupazioni, fino al guasto del PC sul quale era installato. Una volta sostituito il PC ho contattato Idea Software per lo sblocco attivazione, la quale, dopo quattro diverse telefonate, mi informa che l'unico modo di eseguire lo sblocco è l'acquisto di una chiavetta USB di attivazione, del valore di "miseri" 100 euro + IVA.
Mi viene tra l'altro indicato che talee procedura è chiara e alla luce del sole in quanto "noi gliela spieghiamo se lei ce la chiede".
Credo che non servano altre parole. Indegno, poi, il personale che cerca di prenderti per i fondelli e farti credere che "fanno tutti così".
I used their software for about 6 months without any particular worries, until the PC on which it was installed failed. Once the PC was replaced, I contacted Idea Software to unlock the activation, which, after four different phone calls, informs me that the only way to unlock is the purchase of a USB activation key, worth "miserable" 100 euros + VAT.
Among other things, I am told that the procedure is clear and in the sunlight as "we will explain it to you if you ask for it".
I think no other words are needed. Unworthy, then, the staff who try to take you for a ride and make you believe that "everyone does this".

L'assistenza con me è stata molto positiva, hanno risposto alle mie domande con chiarezza e hanno risolto subito un paio di problemi sorti per una mancanza mia di conoscenza; il software funziona benissimo e mi sento di consigliarlo. I chose this software because it immediately seemed suitable for my needs and after a few months of use I can say that I am fully satisfied! The assistance with me was very positive, they answered my questions clearly and immediately solved a couple of problems that arose due to my lack of knowledge; the software works great and I can recommend it. Consiglio vivamente!
