Peccato solo che io abiti lontano, altrimenti mi sarei iscritto subito qui! In più ci sono varie sale dove fanno corsi fitness, di ballo e difesa personale. Spogliatoi spaziosi con docce e 2 bagni. In sala pesi sono presenti mediamente 2 allenatori che ti seguono e preparano schede di allenamento. Disponibilità di armadietti privati dove poter custodire portafogli e preziosi durante l'allenamento. Prezzi nella media. Sai sempre dove puoi trovare gli attrezzi che cerchi. Prezzo leggermente superiore rispetto alle concorrenti all'interno della cittadina, ma in linea con quanto offre. Tuttavia da esperto e da persona che si allena da diverso tempo (e che comunque si trova molto bene in palestra) metto 4 stelle perché alcune cose sono migliorabili, ad esempio le panche non sono professionali (un po' strette), alcuni attrezzi nuovi mancano, ed in generale è una palestra molto commerciale, un po' meno per chi è un vero appassionato/professionista. Molto apprezzata l'area per il corpo libero all'interno della sala pesi. I state that in Cento it is the best gym. This is because it is large, clean and above all always well ordered. The free body area in the weight room is very popular.
