★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The bartender is not friendly and not paying attention to customers. He rather talks to friends. First impression is what counts. The young service boy was helpful with recommadations although he had no experience in cocktails. The nice tapas were compasating. Luckyly there are 50 other bars in beautiful Bologna!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Really modern vibe. Definitely one of the trendier spots in Bologna. Great cocktails and wine. The staff were friendly and attentive. I have not tried the food but looks great. Perfect for a date or a small group of friends.

The courtesy and the atmosphere is what makes a wine experience joinable, after all we could go to the wine market that's cheaper.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We just had a glass of wine. The selection for wine in the glass was reduced, but we got a very good Roman Fiano. The bartender was friendly and helpful in describing the wines. I’d like to go back for trying the food ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We did a wine tasting in Ebrezze during our stay in Bologna and it was absolutely great! Luca was very informative and we enjoyed all of the local wines he provided us with. Very good value for money and definitely worth a visit! Highly recommended.

We did the wine tasting which includes 5 wines and some food
Room for improvement on the wine selection, I find it not that great to get served a wine from 2020 when it’s April 2022. Some better years are expected for a tasting ;)
After that we ordered a 2016 San giovese2016 which was great
