β β β β β My experience was quite nice at BB in Navigli. The hostess was very friendly and spoke in Italian as well as English. The room was a modest size for a single guest but to be expected for the modest price. Everything was rather clean and modern-looking inside, with TV and AC. Guests are issued a key card to enter the property and also to enter the room, which is obviously very convenient and perhaps not typical caught in this area. I would certainly suggest to a friend.

β β β β β my husband and I were very upset, while we were in the room, the black maid redo the room and he was in the shower .... dirty rooms and dust everywhere, poorly managed reception. I wouldn't recommend it for 120 euros a night

β β β β β What can I say!!!! The worst experience we ever had!!!!
We arrived to Milano and no one opened the door for us for a reason that the reception closes the door at 22:00. Our flight was delayed for one hour and we couldn't make it on time, and we did not have access to Internet to inform the "famous" hotel. We arrived at 23:00 no one answers our calls, finding ourselves in the middle of the street at night. Finally, a woman answered our call telling us that the reception is closed and we have to find another solution. We cannot stay in the hotel that we already paid and booked in advance. We have to search at 23:00 for another place to stay otherwise we will sleep in the middle of the street. I will never go back to any of BB HOTEL. I think they owe us a full refund of our money!!!!
It is unprofessional .... NOT RECOMMENDED.

β β β β β This place is situated in Navigli with good connectivity with the whole city at a walking distance with public transport. The apartment is in very peaceful place. There reception is in different building and they let you stay in different building. The rooms are big and very spacious. They have kept it very clean and kept all the basic needs like the towels and soaps. The service is good and you do not have to depend on them a lot. Nice play to stay if you are in Milan.

β β β β β Great and friendly staff, the lady at the reception did anything she can to help us. Great price, and location is awesome if your looking to be close to the night life! Although the apartment was small it still had a bath, AC, big bed and that was more then we expected.

β β β β β Loved my time here and definitely will be back! The staff are lovely and couldn't be more helpful. The room we got was great, had an upstairs and was just like our own little apartment. You get keys to the front gate and can come and go as you please. To be within 25mins walking distance to places like Duomo, the price is fantastic.
