Dopo 2 mesi e 1 settimana dall'accettazione del preventivo per un nuovo allacciamento LUCE, nessuno ci ha ancora chiamati per effettuare il lavoro e posare il contatore. Si attaccano al fatto che stanno "aspettando i sottoservizi del gas" ma il distributore del gas mi dice che quando vengono richiesti i sottoservizi con una pec entro pochi giorni mandano la mappatura. Di fatto invece non sono mai stati richiesti i sottoservizi e noi siamo qui in attesa della corrente mentre tra pochi giorni dobbiamo entrare nella casa nuova. Ho chiamato decine di volte nell'ultimo mese e si rimbalzano responsabilità tra colleghi e responsabili e a nessuno interessa mettere fine a questo incubo!! Ma che modo di lavorare è questo?? e le 5 stelle sono state date dai dipendenti! ZERO STELLE!! 1 star just to zero is not possible! After 2 months and 1 week prior to the acceptance of a new connection LUCE, no one has called us to do the work and lay the counter. They cling to the fact that they are "waiting for the gas services" but the gas distributor tells me that when the utilities with a pec are requested within a few days they send the mapping. In fact instead we were never required underground utilities and we are here waiting for the current while in a few days we get into the new house. I called dozens of times in the last month and bounce responsibilities between colleagues and managers and anyone interested in ending this nightmare !! But what is this way of working ?? and 5 stars were given by employees! ZERO STARS !!
T	Thomas Toderini on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho fatto una richiesta di nuovo allacciamento a fine giungo, mi è stato sottoposto un preventivo che ho accettato e pagato subito e a distanza di oltre due mesi, non ho ancora avuto alcun riscontro sul lavoro e posa del contatore! Al telefono il solito scarica barili tra imprese, distributori, operai e così via. Tra una settimana devo entrare in casa nuova e sono ancora senza energia elettrica, senza poter per altro fare i collaudi di tutti gli impianti che ovviamente vanno a corrente! Devo contattare un legale per avere delle risposte?! Molto, molto male! Very, very bad!
