Gran maleducazione ed arroganza al numero di assistenza clienti.Inutile che rispondiate con le stesse parole ad ogni recensione negativa. Perché sapete bene che, pur cercando, non siete riusciti a trovare nulla che potesse essere riferito a mio nome in quanto ho seguito un caso come consulente per una vostra cliente della quale per discrezione non faccio nome. E trovo altamente disdicevole, anche se confirmatoria, la vostra risposta all'altra recensione negativa, dove se pur il cliente ha personalmente dichiarato il pagamento in ritardo, avete avuto la mancanza di sensibilità di mettere in piazza anche il numero delle volte che questi si era reso ritardatario. Forse dimenticate che nel 2013 vi era stata sospesa la licenza ad operare perché eravate sull'orlo del fallimento. Per cui prima di ergervi a giudici ricordate di quando eravate imputati per le stesse mancanze. Energy sales company with a non-existent human relationship. RICHIESTA FATTA A PAGAMENTO RICEVUTO. Ora abbiamo un ufficio senza luce con clienti che si lamentano e Exergia ci ha invitato a rivolgersi ad altro gestore del mercato libero per sottoscrivere un nuovo contratto per richiedere l'attivazione dell'utenza. Quindi per settimane staremo senza luce. OTTIMO LAVORO DIREI !!!!! We now have an office without light with customers who complain and Exergia invited us to contact another operator of the free market to sign a new contract to request activation of the user.
