Un solo operatore, solo quattro persone ammesse nel locale quando potrebbero starcene tranquillamente il doppio, dato che le sedute ci sono e sono correttamente distanziate. In giornate come questa è assurdo che si debba aspettare fuori al freddo anche per più di un'ora se qualche cliente ha qualche problematica. The management of this Enel space is wrong. Only one operator, only four people allowed in the room when they could easily stay twice as long, given that the seats are there and are correctly spaced. On days like this it is absurd that you have to wait outside in the cold for even more than an hour if any customer has any problems.

Ho trovato due fanciulle gentili e molto professionali. Bravissime!!!!Provare per credere. I live in Busto but I preferred to contact Gallarate based on a telephone contact that seemed impossible to Busto. I found two kind and very professional girls. Very good !!!! Seeing is believing.

Sono stato praticamente preso a pesci in faccia dopo aver richiesto spiegazioni in merito ad un cambio contratto luce che avevo fatto sempre in questo stesso centro chiaramente con un altra operatrice?...che mi aveva parlato di cifre sulla materia prima che si sono poi rivelate false nel contratto(la risposta è stata"non so cosa dirle"),in più il contratto era stato attivato con fascia monoraria ed io avevo fatto richiesta di bioraria e facendo notare questa cosa sempre con le stessa sufficienza mi hanno confermato che che ci avrebbero pensato loro a cambiare il contratto in biorario e a 5 giorni dallo sgradito incontro non vedo nessun cambio contratto da App. Infine ci mancava solo la mail da Enel energia che mi chiede in dati catastali della mia casa perché mancano nel contratto!!!...Pessimo Terrible !!! L	Luca Pravettoni on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dopo essermi fidato di un’altra società di vendita per un subentro di corrente e modifica di impianto gas per più di 1 mese senza ottenere nulla, ho deciso di annullare tutto e andare da Enel a Gallarate. Qui ho trovato, per mia fortuna, Romina e Marzia. Fin da subito con molta pazienza hanno preso in mano la situazione e nel giro di pochi giorni mi hanno dato le giuste indicazioni e risposte per procedere con tutto. Ad oggi mi ritrovo con corrente e impianto gas modificato, a saperlo mi sarei affidato prima a loro!!!! Grazie ragazze per la pazienza e il tempo dedicatomi, continuate cosi. After trusting another sales company for a power take-over and modification of a gas system for more than 1 month without obtaining anything, I decided to cancel everything and go to Enel in Gallarate. Fortunately for me, I found Romina and Marzia here. Right from the start they took the situation in hand with a lot of patience and within a few days they gave me the right indications and answers to proceed with everything. To date I find myself with electricity and modified gas system, if I knew I would have entrusted it to them first !!!! Thanks girls for your patience and time, keep it up.
