Ottime le e-bike: facili da utilizzare anche per dei principianti come noi, grazie anche ai consigli di Tommaso che, molto responsabilmente, guida e suggerisce le modalità per i cambi di marcia nei tratti più impegnativi.
Assolutamente consigliato.
 Beautiful tour to discover the most evocative places on the lake and the villages of Armeno, Miasino, Agrano etc. with relative panoramic points accompanied by Tommaso: very professional and competent guide.
Excellent e-bikes: easy to use even for beginners like us, thanks also to the advice of Tommaso who, very responsibly, guides and suggests how to change gear in the most demanding sections.
Absolutely recommended.

Ottimi i mezzi (e-Bike Scott adatti a tutte le esigenze e capacità) e ottima la sua guida che puntualmente ci suggeriva le modalità più adatte per il tipo di terreno e di pendenza, così da trasformare percorsi anche impegnativi in una piacevole gita di famiglia con figli.
Ciliegina sulla torta, il fuori programma del bagno con tuffo nelle cascate.

Beautiful morning in the company of Tommaso who led us to discover the secrets of Lake Orta. Excellent means (Scott e-Bike suitable for all needs and abilities) and excellent his guide who promptly suggested the most suitable methods for the type of terrain and slope, so as to transform even challenging routes into a pleasant family outing. with children.
The icing on the cake is the unscheduled swim with a dip in the waterfalls.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We rented two mountains ebikes for the whole day today. Both were in perfect shape and allowed us to do a great tour of the lake.
The guy at the reception spoke English and was very nice and helpful.

The longer story: We rented 2 bikes from here and we were told if we had any problems we could call them. After a few kilometres we had a puncture (these things happen, and they happen more regularly when you have extremely worn tyres, as the bikes we were given had), we used the repair spray we were given but it was empty so didn't work. We tried to call and they didn't respond, they sent us another number to try. That number didn't respond to calls or messages. After losing almost an hour of a 4 hour rental we were told someone would come and help. When the guy arrived, he treated us with complete indifference. He gave us another bike but no replacement spray and said if we had another puncture we could call again, but we would have to pay another 15 euros. He was charging us 15 EUR after not responding to our calls for 45 mins and giving us an empty repair spray (eventually someone else agreed not to charge us this fee). On trying the replacement bike we realised the gears didn't work properly and made a horrible noise for all the remaining time. Made for a pretty bad afternoon, especially considering the price they charge.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very good bike rental. Tommaso is helpful in every way and additionally very friendly. The bikes for rent are of good quality. You receive a backpack with all important items. Furthermore Tommaso gives good suggestions for MTB routes. Strongly recommended.
