L'impasto di qualunque prodotto anche freddo rimane piacevolmente morbido al centro e croccante nei bordi.
Gli ingredienti sono distribuiti in modo omogeneo e la quantità è proporzionata, ma quello che risalta è il sapore, da attribuire naturalmente non solo alla bravura del pizzaiolo ma anche alla qualità degli stessi.
Altra caratteristica è la sensazione di sazietà che si avverte anche dopo diverse ore dalla consumazione, ciò a indicare il buon potere nutrizionale dei vari ingredienti. Ottimo lavoro.
