G	Gabrio Grilli on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nonostante sia cotta in forno elettrico la pizza merita davvero tanto. La pizza non è economica ma vale il costo. Prenotate in anticipo perché loro lavorano su ordinazioni, gli impasti sono contati per il numero di persone che prenotano.

Non per fare scena ma proprio perché se fosse possibile dare un premio a questa pizza ecco, direi che è davvero MONDIALE!!! Un impasto così soffice, ma e soprattutto al contempo di consistenza eccellente, una digeribilità unica nel suo genere, la qualità delle materie prime che si sente sono di un livello altissimo, ecco... non so davvero cosa altro aggiungere. Buona, buona, strepitosamebte buona. Davvero unica ha aggiunto mio marito! Bravi ragazzi, continuate così!!! P.S. la foto che allego è di qualche giorno fa, una pizza da asporto. Tutte le pizze hanno impasto morbido e con materie prime di qualità ecco perché il prezzo di una pizza è alto ma in linea con quello che mangi. Locale molto carino in centro gestito da una coppia giovane e alla mano. Unica pecca negativa che bisogna purtroppo prenotare una settimana prima se volete andare a mangiare dato l altissima richiesta Pizze e birre top Complimenti e continuate così La consiglio di andarla a provare Very high quality pizza, very crunchy and leavened for a long time. Andrea and his wife created Pizza recipes that are not only soooohhh delicious but also kind of handcrafted - it’s really like arts :) Wish you all the best and probably we will come back to Ancona for those Pizzas only ??

An amazing pizza, highly digestible, done with raw flour which gives it a taste and texture which is impossible to get with normal white flour. High quality ingredients and well presented. Could not be better. Bravi ragazzi!
