★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Prodotti freschi e preparati ottimamente, cucina locale ben interpretata, ottime le spiegazioni delle portate, consigliatissimo ma fate attenzione a non fare la strada che vi fa tagliare per il centro storico, si corre il rischio di restare bloccati, c’è la strada esterna che porta alla piazza a pochi metri dal locale.
 Fresh and excellently prepared products, well-interpreted local cuisine, excellent explanations of the courses, highly recommended but be careful not to take the road that makes you cut through the historic center, you run the risk of getting stuck, there is the external road that leads to the square a few meters from the club.

La materia prima è di altissima qualità così come la scelta dei vini. Torneremo a Fiuggi per mangiare ai Dù Scalini!
Eating in this place is definitely an experience to be repeated. The place is small but very welcoming, Danilo excellent host knows how to advise you and make you feel at home. The raw material is of the highest quality as well as the choice of wines. We will return to Fiuggi to eat at the Dù Scalini!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Location suggestiva per questo piccolo ristorante nel cuore di fiuggi vecchia,una scelta contenuta del menù a favore della qualità delle pietanze offerte,non di certo economico ma vi posso assicurare che la qualità nel piatto la sentite tutta il che giustifica il prezzo.
Consiglio il tagliolino al tartufo.
Suggestive location for this small restaurant in the heart of old fiuggi, a limited choice of the menu in favor of the quality of the dishes offered, certainly not cheap but I can assure you that the quality in the dish you feel all that justifies the price.
I recommend the tagliolino with truffles.

The price on the menu is cheating, they requested me to pay four times more than the price claimed on the menu. I have never experienced such a horrible thing. There are so many other good restaurants in this town, just KEEP FAR AWAY from this one.
