★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tutti gli animali vengono vaccinati in uno studio veterinario o comunque in una struttura isolata da intemperie e freddo ( classico stagionale in un luogo come Trento), io essere umano no. Il virus raffreddore qui viene solo per il freddo.
All animals are vaccinated in a veterinary office or in any case in a structure isolated from bad weather and cold (seasonal classic in a place like Trento), I am not a human being. The cold virus here comes only for the cold.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Del tutto disorganizzato ed impreparato per chiunque arrivi a piedi/bici. Ho aspettato 20 minuti seduto su una sedia per poi scoprire l'attesa era causata dal semplice fraintendimento tra infermieri su chi dovesse vaccinarci, me e altre 20 persone. Senza poi parlare dell'assenza totale di cartelli sul dove andare (basta un foglio di carta), costringendo una delle infermiere a gridare dalla sua postazione per intercettarti e darti tutte le info necessarie. Che poi perché drive though se sarei venuto a piedi? Semplicemente per chiunque volesse prenotarsi con 18+ non aveva altra scelta a Trento e non tutti i ragazzi/universitari fuorisede hanno un mezzo a 4 ruote: 1+1=2
Totally disorganized and unprepared for anyone arriving on foot / bike. I waited 20 minutes sitting in a chair only to discover the wait was caused by the simple misunderstanding between nurses about who should vaccinate us, me and 20 other people. Not to mention the total absence of signs on where to go (just a sheet of paper), forcing one of the nurses to shout from her station to intercept you and give you all the necessary information. What then why drive though if I would have come on foot? Simply for anyone wishing to book with 18+ he had no other choice in Trento and not all students / university students have a 4-wheel vehicle: 1 + 1 = 2

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Incompetenti. Ho prenotato un tampone molecolare e all’accettazione mi è stato detto che qualcuno mi ha cancellato la prenotazione, successivamente mi viene detto che la tessera sanitaria non è la mia.
Mi viene assicurato che l’esito del tampone sarebbe stato noto in 24, massimo 48h. Una volta passate le 48h senza risposta chiamo il numero verde e mi viene detto che il tempo di attesa è di 72h.
Incompetent. I booked a molecular swab and upon check-in I was told that someone canceled my reservation, then I am told that the health card is not mine.
I am assured that the result of the swab would be known in 24, maximum 48 hours. Once 48 hours have passed without an answer, I call the toll-free number and I am told that the waiting time is 72 hours.
