I bought a Dr3 and immediately I had some problems, I went to them in early August for a diagnosis, the fuel warning light sensor was diagnosed, we order the part and I will let you know, the time to go home and the warning light gas after putting the full tank kept flashing, I go back to the workshop and they tell me, gas valve to change, ok, we order this too, so I go for a problem and return home with two. At the end of August I call and they tell me that only one piece has arrived, the other seems to have problems with the guarantee in Isernia, then after a few phone calls they solve the problem in the sense that the piece is ordered. I arrived either in mid-September and only after I call they tell me they have both pieces. Hallelujah, I will make an appointment on Monday 27 September at 8.30. At 8.45 on Monday, after I was 2 km from the workshop, I received a phone call in which they told me that the foreman was not there and therefore he was skipping everything. A further telephone appointment arrived with the manager for Thursday 30th, he called me saying that they still have problems and on Saturday morning, today, therefore, we would resent to fix another appointment definitively. Today 2 October he calls me telling me that between Monday and Tuesday he would let me know if and when to bring the car to fix it. You come to a conclusion, unfortunately I have no more words. We are from early August with a new car in June 2021 and with 2800 km to change two parts.
