★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Negli ultimi 3 settimane non sono mai riuscita mettermi in contatto con la dottoressa, medico del mio figlio di 2 anni. Il telefono fisso è disattivato, cellulare spento, non risponde né a WhatsApp, ne all'email. Mio figlio nel frattempo ha contratto Covid, é stato ricoverato all'ospedale per sintomi gravi ed è anche guarito. Ma la dottoressa non si è mai fatta viva. Adesso mi servirebbe l'attivazione di protocollo specifico per il nido. Chi mi lo fa? Esperienza pessima, assoluta disorganizzazione e irresponsabilità. A nulla serve, a quanto pare, la presenza dell'assistente Marco. Non cambio solo perché non c'è nessun altro disponibile in zona. E pensare che la dottoressa percepisce soldi anche per l'assistenza (non) fornita a mio figlio.
 In the last 3 weeks I have never been able to get in touch with the doctor who is my 2 year old son's doctor. The landline phone is deactivated, the mobile phone is off, it does not respond to WhatsApp or email. In the meantime, my son has contracted Covid, has been hospitalized for severe symptoms and has also recovered. But the doctor never showed up. Now I would need the activation of a specific protocol for the nest. Who does it to me? Bad experience, utter disorganization and irresponsibility. Apparently, the presence of the assistant Marco is useless. I don't change just because there is no one else available in the area. And to think that the doctor also receives money for the assistance (not) provided to my son.
