Siamo entrati nello studio, tra l'altro con gran difficoltà, dato che presso l'ingresso non c'erano indicazioni a guidarci, e nessuno ci ha accolto. Dopo circa mezz'ora di attesa, oltre l'orario di appuntamento, il dottore finalmente si palesa, senza ne scusarsi ne dare spiegazioni ( con un braccio ingessato, mah ) ci chiede di attendere ancora un po' per ricontrollare una piccola paziente, che aveva fatto dei test di prova allegici. Dopo aver atteso un'altra mezz'ora, pensando che fosse il nostro turno ( era già un'ora che aspettavamo ) mentre eravamo in procinto di enrare nella suo studio ci blocca e chiede di fare entrare altri pazienti che erano arrivati da poco, adducendo la giustificazione che, essendo la nostra una prima visita sarebbe occorso molto tempo mentre il paziente appena entrato sarebbe stato rapido. Facciamo presente che comunque era un'ora che aspettavamo oltre l'orario concordato ma ha fatto comunque entrare le altre persone. Dopo aver atteso un'ulteriore mezz'ora, ormai con il bambino stanco e affamato, abbiamo tolto il disturbo. Risultato: un'ora e mezzo di attesa inutile. Saltato il pranzo e il bambino ha solo sofferto inutilmente. Per la parcella prevista direi un trattamento di terza classe. Mai più! Negativissima experience. After waiting another half hour, thinking it was our turn (it was already an hour we were waiting for) while we were about to enter his studio, he blocks us and asks to let other patients who had just arrived, citing the justification that, being our first visit would have taken a long time while the newly entered patient would have been quick. We would like to point out that it was still an hour that we had been waiting for beyond the agreed time, but did let other people enter. After waiting another half hour, now with the tired and hungry child, we removed the disturbance. Result: an hour and a half of useless waiting. Skip lunch and the child just suffered needlessly. For the planned fee I would say a third class treatment. Never again!

A prescindere dal fatto che sia un dottore molto competente e veramente bravo… tanto vero che per il primo figlio l’ha seguito veramente bene, sempre disponibile! Ad oggi con il secondo figlio ci ha veramente deluso.. Chiamato diverse volte per emergenza VERA senza mai aver avuto 10 minuti di tempo per visitarlo! (13 giorni in terapia intensiva)! Non abbiamo atteso oltre e siamo andati via, solo allora la parta dello studio si è aperta e il caro dottore non si è nemmeno scusato, erano le 19,…..e come dargli torto era impegnato a parlare al cellulare.
