Dopo mesi di visite mediche senza successo e dopo l'ennesimo problema, senza sapere chi chiamare, mi sono affidata ad internet e FORTUNATAMENTE ho trovato la dottoressa.
Fissiamo la prima visita dermatologica e vado in ufficio. Vi dico solo che sono uscita dalla prima visita soddisfatta e felice, sono stata finalmente ascoltata!!ringrazio di averla conosciuta, penso sia stata la prima persona/medico ad ascoltarmi sul serio e dopo due ore di visita in cui io parlavo e parlavo di tutto quello che mi era successo la dottoressa ha subito capito quale fosse il mio problema e dopo pochi giorni di cura i risultati si sono subito visti!!
Posso finalmente dire di essere più rilassata e felice e che sono solo stata molto fortunata ad aver incontrato finalmente un medico così competente ed umano al tempo stesso. Lei è un "MEDICO PER VOCAZIONE" e non se ne incontrano spesso di medici così.
Il tutto è detto da una persona che era ormai diventata molto ma molto diffidente dei medici, ma con lei mi sono felicemente ricreduta :-)

After months of unsuccessful medical examinations and after yet another problem, without knowing who to call, I relied on the internet and Luckily I found the doctor.
We schedule the first dermatological visit and I go to the office. I just tell you that I left the first visit satisfied and happy, I was finally listened to !! thank you for meeting her, I think she was the first person / doctor to listen to me seriously and after two hours of visit in which I talked and talked about everything what had happened to me the doctor immediately understood what my problem was and after a few days of treatment the results were immediately seen !!
I can finally say that I am more relaxed and happy and that I have just been very lucky to have finally met such a competent and human doctor at the same time. You are a "DOCTOR BY VOCATION" and you don't often meet doctors like that.
Everything is said by a person who had now become very, very suspicious of doctors, but with her I happily changed my mind :-)

Dopo diverse visite fatte con altri dermatologi ( senza quasi mai riscontrare ne la professionalità dovuta ne la fiducia che un paziente cerca quando si rivolge ad un professionista ) mi sono rivolto alla dott.ssa Alessandra Ruggero dopo aver letto diverse recensioni positive su internet riguardante il suo operato. Non fidandomi molto dopo le esperienze precedenti, lo contattata per fissare un appuntamento e conoscerLa di persona. Da subito ho capito che era finalmente quella che poteva aiutarmi e alla quale mi sarei affidato fidandomi senza timore.
Bene, già a distanza di pochi giorni dagli interventi, i risultati sono più che notevoli.
Dottoressa La ringrazio per avermi eliminato definitivamente gli imbarazzi che ho avuto per tanto tempo a causa delle mie imperfezioni. Tornerò sicuramente per un controllo futuro.

Not trusting much after previous experiences, I contacted him to make an appointment and get to know you in person. I immediately understood that she was finally the one who could help me and to whom I would entrust myself trusting without fear.
