★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Li ho chiamati per prima volta ca. 2 mesi e ho fissato un appuntamento tramite il mio welfare voucher, dopo qualche giorno mi hanno chiamata per dirmi che non accettavano più questo tipo di pagamento.
Ho contattato la società del mio welfare voucher; dopo che si sono sentiti mi è stato confermato che doveva essere tutto a posto. Provo a chiamare nuovamente il poliambulatorio, mi dicono che mi avrebbero richiamato e dopo circa 1 mese non ho mai ricevuto un riscontro.
I called them for the first time ca. 2 months and I made an appointment through my welfare voucher, after a few days they called me to tell me that they no longer accept this type of payment.
I contacted my welfare voucher company; after they heard it was confirmed to me that everything had to be okay. I try to call the clinic again, they tell me they would call me back and after about 1 month I never received a reply.
