Aimé personale indisponente incompetente poco professionale, una dipendente della struttura di accento romano, non ha voluto ne visitare e prendersi cura, mancando di rispetto al paziente e alla privacy dubitando mettendo in discussione le proprie spiegazioni forse fraintese, avendo un comportamento da psicologa e poliziotta, senza farci entrare, senza visitare la paziente e occuparsi di risolvere tempestivamente il problema. Dovendomi così recare all'ospedale più vicino.12. 09.021 ore 9:30 risolvendo il tutto dopo più di 3 ore al pronto soccorso con una cura di bentelan muscoril e una tacchipirina da 1000. È arrivata una pizza che è stata portata da questo “dottore” in un’altra stanza dove si sentivano persone mangiare e chiacchierare (presumo fossero loro i medici) mentre io aspettavo… senza guanti e senza il mio permesso mi ha toccato il collo dove mi faceva male, e l’unica cosa che ha saputo dirmi è che devo fare degli esami, urlando perché lo contestavo. Arrivato al pronto soccorso presi i parametri la pressione risultava 160 /100 ed i battiti 100. Mi ha risposto un signore veramente maleducato, che si è permesso ad alzare la voce senza alcun motivo, stavo chiedendo semplicemente come procedere con delle normative per il covid in quanto sono risultata positiva... Il signore un vero maleducato ad un certo punto ha lasciato la chiamata e si è messo a fare i cavoli suoi... Una persona veramente incompetente e spero che ci siano dei provvedimenti per un maleducato del genere..... Dico già fatto. Risposta baspetti 24 ore e poi chiami il medico curante. Dico sono già passate le 24 ore. E lui, continui con la tachipirina. Soltanto la mia educazione mi ha trattenuta dal mandarlo a.... A cosa serve questo servizio con degli svogliati del genere? Fanno pure fatica a parlare. Vogliono solo liquidarti. Supposedly they were actually quite busy but they got the call by accident, without noticing we were listening to their "trivial" conversation. This is truly dissapointing and I would not recommend at all reaching this branch in case of any emergency.
