★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Erano presenti in tutto il negozio solo due commesse, ho atteso per poter essere servita ed arrivata in fila alla cassa mi accorgo che gli articoli suggeriti dalla commessa erano della taglia sbagliata. Essendo un negozio dove la tessera Vip è a pagamento e gli articoli non sono proprio economici mi aspettavo un servizio migliore e più attento.
 There were only two orders in the whole shop, I waited to be served and arrived in line at the cashier I realize that the items suggested by the shop assistant were the wrong size. Being a shop where the VIP card is paid and the items are not exactly cheap, I expected a better and more attentive service.

Una professionista che conosce perfettamente tutti i prodotti e sa identificare quello più adatto alle tue esigenze.
Io da qualche settimana mi affido a lei e devo dire che da quando l’ho conosciuta non sono più andata in nessun’ altro negozio.
Ha una predisposizione verso il cliente, una gentilezza e spontaneità più unica che rara da trovare.
Da anni faccio parte del mondo del retail e avere all’interno di un team una persona come Carla attribuisce al negozio un valore aggiunto altissimo.
Viviamo in un periodo storico dove online possiamo trovare qualsiasi cosa, la concorrenza è tantissima e si tende sempre a ricorrere al web per comodità e/o risparmio.
Carla fa la differenza e non c è altro negozio fisico o e-commerce che possa competere, io ho scelto lei.
Con il suo lavoro mi ha conquistata, mi trasmette fiducia guidandomi nelle scelte migliori con la passione che ha e trasmette.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Entro con mia figlia , incontro 2/3 donne che lavorano li dentro,nessuno si saluta,nessuno dice buongiorno.faccio miei acquisti e vado in cassa mentre aspetto arriva una signora di pelle bianca con figlia, parlano cosi carini salutano fanno complimenti,noto che per chi ha pelle bianca il comportamento e'diverso.vado in cassa commessa niente saluto buongiorno salve nulla,invece con le persone precedente era tutto una cosa diversa.dovuto pagare 34 e qualcosa ho dato 50 e la cassiera mi fa eh ma tu se non hai le monete non posso fare.ma quindi sono io che obbligata a portare le monete???? Io pure un cliente VIP come dicono quando fai la tessera ????? pessimi sconsiglio totalmente.giorno 16 febraio verso le 12,25

I go to the cashier shop clerk no greeting good morning hi nothing, instead with the previous people it was all a different thing. I had to pay 34 and something I gave 50 and the cashier makes me eh but you if not you have the coins I can't help but so am I obliged to bring the coins ???? I am also a VIP customer as they say when you get the card ????? very bad, I totally advise against it.
